We want you to absolutely love your purchase and have the right fit! We offer exchange, credit or refund on all full price items in accordance with the following conditions:
- Items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or credit. If the return is not received within 14 days of purchase, you may be offered a store credit or exchange subject to availability.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in it's original packaging and with all labels intact
- Sale items are final sales and unfortunately cannot be returned unless faulty
- Discounted orders (e.g. where a discount code is used at checkout) can only be returned for a credit/exchange and must meet the above conditions
If you need to return an item/s please contact us or email email@example.com and we'll let you know how to return the item/s.
- If you received free shipping (or you purchased an express shipping upgrade), and you return all of the items on your order for a refund, your refund will be processed less the usual standard shipping cost of $8.95.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. To ensure the package reaches us, we recommend you use a trackable service.
- If you purchased a pre-order, or you live in areas where postage times can be high (e.g. WA) please contact us if you think you will not be able to return the item within 14 days.
